Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy.

A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation, including applicable taxes, is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; however, standard reservations may be rescheduled for alternate dates, subject to availability.

Holiday and peak-date reservations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Peak dates typically include the Christmas and New Year’s period, Family Day weekend, and the week following Family Day, and may vary slightly each year.
